FAQs
Questions, answered.
How long does a typical project take?
Your website is live in as little as one week and at most two weeks from our kickoff call, once we have your business info and content. Most agencies take 6–8 weeks.
How much does a website cost?
Our plans are $450, $750 and $1,250 depending on pages and features. Need something bigger? Message us and we'll quote it.
What do I need to provide?
Just your business info: services, photos, logo if you have one, and anything you want the site to say. We gather it all in a 30-minute kickoff call.
What about hosting and my domain?
We set up fast, secure hosting for you and connect your domain, with no monthly fee from us. You only pay your domain registrar around $10–15 per year for the name itself.
Will I own my new website?
Yes. It's your website, your domain and your content. If you ever leave, your website goes with you — you'll just need a new host to keep it online.
What if I don't like the design?
Unlikely — you'll see exactly what we'll make before you purchase, and we do a full walkthrough with adjustments before launch. If you still don't like it, you won't pay any remaining balance, though without full payment you forfeit ownership of the site.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with SEO foundations: proper structure, mobile-friendly design, fast load times and local optimization, and we submit it to Google for indexing. We can't control Google's rankings, but fresh content helps, and our Premium plan comes blog-ready.
Can you make changes after launch?
Yes. Text and color edits are free for 14 days after launch, plus the free support window of your plan. After that, send us a message and we'll quote any update or fix quickly.
